1. We supply prepaid mailing labels, boxes and packing materials upon request.
2. We supply an appliance case and key if needed with each orthodontic appliance.
3. We insert patient's name in appliance at no extra charge.
4. All wires are bent to fit the individual model. No preforms are used.
5. We have an excellent turn-around time, usually 2-3 days in lab for acrylic. appliances, 1-2 days for appliances with no acrylic, and 8 working days for study models.
6. We offer a guarantee against breakage for the first ninety days of wear.
7. We have an appliance replacement program that is available upon request.
8. As a Nationally Certified Orthodontic Dental Laboratory, we adhere to strict infection control procedures.
